Cornwall Jail House Blues Concert.


Jamie Heath and Lor Pelton of the BLUES PROJECT will be giving a free concert at the Historic Cornwall Jail located at 10 Water St.,  from 1 pm to 3:30 pm on Saturday June 6th, to officially open the Jail to the public for the summer on Cornwall Day.

The Jail will be open Saturday and Sunday from June 3rd to the end of August from 11 am to last admission 3:30.  Admission after the June 3rd opening – $5 per person.scan0003


The ceremony for the dedication of the Provincial Historic Plaque for the Cornwall Jail built in 1833 and opened in 1834, in front of the Jail and United Counties Building, Water Street, Cornwall.


The Court House above the Jail before it was restored and changed into the Council Chambers for the United Counties of SD & G.
