Artifact of the Week. Blue Willow – Occupied Japan platter.

Here is a fascinating piece.  A transfer Chinese Blue Willow pattern platter “Made in Occupied Japan.”  1945 – 1962.

Size:  22.1 cm x 23 cm.

Donated to the museum by Ron Begg and used on his family farm in Moose Creek.

On display in the museum’s kitchen.
