Artifact of the Week – Howard Smith Fish & Game Club Program

This February 4th 1956 program for the Howard Smith Fish & Game Club Annual Banquet & Dance program gives an insight into the scope of the former paper mill’s involvement with their employees on a social level.

Employees, their children and grandchildren could participate in events such as the annual Fishing Derby.

The banquet was held at the former Royal Hotel with dancing to the music of Al Dionne and his orchestra.
