Good Citizenship plaque presentation Cornwall, March 9, 1981.

scan0038These Good Citizenship plaques were presented by the Cornwall Board of Commissioners of Police, on March 9, 1981, (photo taken March 27), for the rescue of Sylvain Derochers from the city waters of the St. Lawrence River on Dec. 22, 1980.
